LICENSE TERMS

These license terms constitute binding conditions, where the general terms are found in the Master Agreement, the Terms of Service.

1. TERMS

   The Customer may at any time issue new orders for services under the applicable agreement.

2. TERM AND TERMINATIONThese terms enter into force as of the date each respective license is put into use, and in accordance with the license terms established by each respective supplier.
3. PRICING
   All prices are exclusive of VAT.Prices may be adjusted during the contract period.

5. PAYMENT TERMSFor licenses bound by a commitment period longer than one month, payment is required in advance.
6. NAB’S COMMITMENT
   NAB provides the Customer with the licenses ordered and adheres to each supplier’s applicable license terms.Within a reasonable time after receipt and acceptance of a valid order from the Customer for services, NAB will provide the services for the benefit of the Customer.
7. CUSTOMER’S COMMITMENT
   The Customer agrees to and accepts the license terms applicable at any given time from all suppliers for the licenses the Customer has chosen to purchase. The Customer is responsible for staying informed about the agreements and terms applicable at any given
