LICENSE TERMS

These license terms constitute binding conditions, with general terms defined in the Master Agreement and the Terms of Service.

1. Terms

For license terms related to third-party products, refer to each respective vendor.

The Client may at any time place new orders for services under the current agreement.

2. TERM AND TERMINATION

These terms shall take effect from the date on which each respective license is activated, and in accordance with the license terms established by the respective vendor.

3. PRICING

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Prices may be adjusted during the contract period.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

For licenses with a commitment period of longer than one month, payment is required in advance.

5. NAB’S COMMITMENT

NAB will provide the Client with the licenses ordered and comply with the applicable license terms of each respective vendor.

Within a reasonable time after receiving and approving a valid order from the Client, NAB will deliver the services for the benefit of the Client.

6. CLIENT’S COMMITMENT

The Client agrees to and accepts the current license terms from all applicable vendors, based on the licenses the Client has chosen to purchase. The Client is responsible for always staying informed of the current agreements and conditions.
